CM #4

Hello fellow W-ers!
Here comes a little invitation to a BIG CM 4 part 1 and part 2! The focus of this SM is on
election documents and electing new trustees, therefore we run CM for 2 days in a row
on 28/4 and 29/4. Fun!

Date: 28-29/04/2026
Time: 17 DK (17.30)
Location: Gråttan, Osquars backe 8
To bring: Chapter member ID (THS-card) and a smile!

Remember to become a THS and W-chapter member to be able to vote!
Since it is an election CM, there are a number of positions that are being open for
application these days, these are:
Board positions:

• President
• Vice President and economy responsible
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Webmaster
• Head of Student Welfare and International Relations
• Head of Business Relations
• Head of Student Social Life

The Election Committee – Five seats
Other trustees positions:

• Club Master (Klubbmästare) for CLW
• President of the Study Environment Committee (SNO)
• Program-Directorial Student (PAS)
• President of the Business Relations Group
• Vicepresident of the Business Relations Group
• President of the Equality Committee
• Vicepresident of the Equality Committee
• President of Konstwerket (arts & culture committee)
• President of the Ewentcomittee (EwO)
• President of Wrålet (chapter band)
• President of the Sustainability Committee
• DSSG (Those Who Sell Things)
• Auditors – 2 seats
• Representative in Chapter Council (KF), 2 Ordinary and 1 Substitute

Positions that were vacant at the previous Chapter Meeting and are now open for
application/nomination for CM4:

• Master’s Responsible Student (MASS)
• Student Safety Supervisor (SSO)

Oh so many posts to choose from! Do you know someone who would be a good fit for
one of the positions or do you want to apply yourself? Then you can still apply and
nominate until 19/4!

Interested in a board position? Write to us on Instagram or email
vordf@w-sektionen.se and the person whose position you are interested in will invite
you for coffee and tell you more!
On May 4, SM5 will also be held, very close to that, but with a focus on motions and the
business plan. So no elections will be held before that meeting. If you want to submit a
motion or discussion point, you can do it before this SM, but it is highly recommended to
wait until SM5, as SM4 risks being too long otherwise. If you would like to submit a
motion, you are most welcome to do so, these must be received no later than April
23rd and reported impediments no later than one hour before the start of the meeting,
both to vordf@w-sektionen.se.
We will only serve food on April 28th, but the bar will be open both days! You can
register for food here! The last day to register for food is April 25th
