Hello fellow W-ers!
We are headed towards P2 which means here’s the official invitation to the second chapter meeting
this semester which will be held November 25
Date: 25/11/2025
Time: 17 DK (17.30)
Location: Gråttan, Osquars backe 8
To bring: Chapter member ID (THS-card) and a smile!

We have one trustee position vacant which is the President of the Business Relations
Group, as well as other trustee positions that will be up for election. More info
about the positions can be found on the Election committee’s instagram page or here: Val SM 2/ Election CM 2
The last day to apply for any of the positions is 13/11 11:59 PM, so make sure you apply
or nominate!
Remember to become a THS and W-chapter member to be able to vote!

The following trustee positions are open for election:
● Head of Sports Committee
● Banner Carrier
● Vice Banner Carrier
● Master Responsible Student (MAS)
● Toast Master
● Chapter Hall Responsible (LA)
● Student Safety Supervisor (SSO)
● President of the Business Relations Group

Potential motions shall be sent in on 11th November at the latest and people who
are no longer able to attend shall report this an hour before the meeting at the latest,
both to vordf@w-sektionen.se.
Remember to sign up for dinner if you want it. Last day to sign up for food is on 20th
